Legal framework and safety standards guidelines
No Arms License Required (Indian Law Policy)
Under the Government of India Arms Rules regulation framework, .177 caliber (4.5mm) Air Rifles/Pistols having muzzle energy under 20 Joules or velocity restricted criteria do NOT require an arms license to purchase, own, or possess.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Airguns available on our platform are purely meant for sports shooting, target practice, and training purposes. The buyer must be an Indian Citizen and at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase validation processing.
2. Identity Verification Protocols
As per compliance standards with legal dispatch networks, we may safely process or request valid Government ID proofs (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) to verify age authenticity before clearing high-velocity shipments from our warehouse logs.
3. Responsible Usage Policy
These are precision sports equipment, not toys. Misuse in public spaces, brandishing, or modification of the mechanical compression engine/valves to alter factory-set boundaries is strictly illegal and voids all manufacturer support covenants.
4. Hunting & Wildlife Protection
Hunting of birds or animals using airguns is strictly prohibited and illegal under the Wildlife Protection Act of India. Our products are exclusively dedicated to competitive range-shooting sports matrices.
